Aerospace fasteners must withstand extreme conditions. For example, titanium alloy bolts can withstand temperature differences from -60℃ to 300℃. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner uses over 500,000 fasteners per aircraft, 30% of which are special composite material models designed for weight reduction.

Precision devices such as mobile phones and computers rely on miniature fasteners. The screws securing the Apple iPhone motherboard are only 0.6mm in diameter, with an tolerance of ±0.01mm; only a few companies worldwide can mass-produce them.
5. Energy Sector
Wind turbine tower flange connections require large-diameter bolts of M36 or higher, with over 400 sets used per 5MW turbine. Nuclear power plant main pipelines use corrosion-resistant Inconel 718 alloy fasteners with a required lifespan of 60 years.
