Steam Turbine Blade Product Introduction

Oct 06, 2025 Leave a message

Steam turbine blades (steel for turbin blade) are a general term for the steel used in the moving and stationary blades of a steam turbine. Blades are key components of a steam turbine, and among the most delicate and important.

They withstand extremely harsh conditions, including high temperature, high pressure, enormous centrifugal force, steam force, steam excitation force, corrosion and vibration, and the combined effects of water droplet erosion in wet steam zones.

Their aerodynamic performance, machining geometry, surface roughness, installation clearance, operating conditions, and scaling all affect the turbine's efficiency and output; their structural design, vibration intensity, and operating mode have a decisive impact on the unit's safety and reliability.
